Digested Love

One of the great challenges of our world today is not global warming, COVID-19, political corruption, racism or any of the very real and paralizing issues facing our world. The greatest problem we have in the earth realm is a lack of love for ourselves. We simply do not love ourselves well at all. We are constanly comparing ourselves to others and emotionally cutting our legs right from under us.

Love is such a powerful gift but unfortunately finds itself in the hands of broken and imperfect people. That's ALL of us in case you didn't know. So while love is pure and holy by the time it goes through our life filters, the corridors of our traumas, what people said about us, the lacks in our lives and on and on, when we finally give it to someone else it can be so altered and so disfigured that there's no way that's love.

God is the only source of pure unperverted love known to men and scripture says He daily pours love out on us and over us. The same way Moses and the children of Isreal daily received fresh mana, we can daily get our fill of fresh love everyday. The first person that needs to eat from it is US! Once we eat of pure love, injest it, savor it, digest it, allow it go through our entire system, body, soul (will, mind, emotions) and spirit then we can invite others to eat from our lives. They will see the way we treat and care for ourselves. The kindness, the tenderness, the consistency, of how we love us and they will be complelled to not only love themselves that way by pursuing the source themselves but will inturn love us that way. Only then, love is not contaminated or perverted by our experiences. Everyone loving this way  eliminates every problem known to men. Digested love purifies us, provides correction and heals us.
