The various pieces of furniture on the site are not for sale but speak to the elegance, simplicity, beauty, stability and ministry of the Holy Spirit in my life. The Holy Spirit has a way of alleviating emptiness and filling the rooms of our lives with elegance and stability. In this site you will find moments of laughter, inspiring stories, freedom in tears, opportunities for insight and perception changes, courage to love yourself, grace to release who's not for you, the importance of your mental health, the capacity to start anew and yes I hope to build, educate, empower and propel you to the greater version of yourself. |

Caution: all scriptural references, advice, insights, & explanations come from my experiences with God, the Holy Spirit, & exposure to godly pastors, ministers & mentors whose experiences & revelations of God have blessed my life.
I come from a Christian, non-denominational, prophetic and apostolic background, hence the perspectives of these truths.
You may have received a different formation from me & that's ok! Glean whatever insights or truths that helps empower you. Same goes with some of the clinical tools. Many are documented, evidence-based practices & others come from my over 10 years of counseling hundreds of people.

The Healing Institute, LLC (THi) For over 10 years, I've had the privildge to counsel hundreds of children, teens, men, women and seniors. They were lawyers, teachers, doctors, parents, married couples, pastors, minsitry leaders, community leaders/activists, counselors, head of college departments, police chiefs, fire deputies, drug dealers, prostitutes, addicts, etc. Pain & brokenness equalized them all. Mental illness is not a verdict. Healing is possible.
This section not only highlights my mental health practice but serves as an educational tool in helping correct the miseducation about mental illness and connects to clinical tools and proven coping skills and points readers to local practices to begin their healing process.
